1.The machine adopts system of feeding, checking,tapping and unloading automatically. There are four steps:  firstly, Vibration plate feeding copper cylinders; secondly, pros and cons check workpiece; thirdly, tapping automatically; fourthly, sorting.
2.The machine adopts PLC program, human-computer interaction interface, servo motor combines with the cylinder, then composed into mechanical hand, which can realize precision assembly. And it also has automatic count, failure warming, abnormal show function.
