As the professional manufacturer of brake components and brake system for the automotive industry, Ningbo Welline Brake System Co., LTD. is located in Ningbo Hi-Tech Park and covering an area of 15, 000 Sq. M., and strongly supported by local government as the high-tech enterprise.
We cooperate with a famous National Friction Material R&D Center, and own necessary test equipments for delivery test of our products. Based on these advantages, we can achieve on shearring, constant speed, rack and road test for friction materials. And we have also been capable of developing new formulas based on the market demanding like asbestos-free semi-metallic, organic, low-metal, non-metallic, resin and ceramic etc.
We presently have an annual manufacturing capacity of over 5 million pcs of small brake pads, 200, 000 pcs of big brake pads and 1 million pcs of brake linings. And we have more than 200 varieties of asbestos-free brakes for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, high-speed trains and various engineering vehicles.
Beside supplying as OEM in domestic market, we export 40% of our annual productions to more than 10 countries in the world including markets in Europe, Middle-East, North America, South America, and Africa. We are intending to improve our business much more in the future.
