Wuyang-HONDA Motorcycle(Guangzhou) Co.,Ltd is a joint venture formed by Guangzhou Motor Group Co.and Japan HONDA Technology Development Kabuskiki Kaisha together on Aug.1992. The contract term is 30 years. China and Japan share respectively 50% of the registered capital of $30,000,000.

There are 2,600 staffes in the company and both China and Japan send 3 high level managers to the company as the general manager and vice general manager. The company persists in the quality benefit type name brand development road, studying the advanced technology and scientific management experience. With the sincere coperation of China and Japan staff, the company has built a set of management system of "depending on human resource", which not only shows the HONDA management idea but also conforms to the situation of China and the enterprise practice. The company has produced 1,860,000 sets of the name brand motorcycles, completed the 25,900,000,000 yuan of industry gross output value and turned in 3,400,000,000 yuan of the tax. The sales income has reached 19,700,000,000 with the profit of 640,000,000 yuan. The company has kept the honour of "model enterprise for paying duty" in Guangzhou and Guangdong for many years.

The main products include WY125 type motorcycle, WH125T type motorcycle and WH100T type motorcycle. These products are well received by various customers for the good quality, novel type, excellent acceleration and little oil consumptation.
