Ningbo shengluo textile industrial Co., Ltd., was established in 1993 and is located in the port city, ningbo, enjoying developed and convenient transportation condition. Shengluo textile is a large-scale joint venture company with registered capital of USD 40 million. Also, shengluo is one of the biggest manufacturers producing mercerized cotton yarn and mercerized cross-stitch cotton thread in eastern China.
