There are two types of D-Series rubber fender, one is with a cylindrical bore inside and the other one is with a "D" shaped bore inside. Designed for use on tugs and barges, they offer long term durability for applications where repeated compression cycles are encountered in pushing service. They also offer the excellent physical characteristics needed to handle the high loading which occurs both on initial contact, and throughout the service cycle.
D Type Rubber Fenders can be pre-curved, chamfered and drilled to aid installation at a relatively low cost and can also be cut to the length required. These fenders provide an excellent barrier against damage from all sizes and shapes of vessels.
Performance Table of Rubber Material
Our fender are made of imported high quality natural rubber and other synthetic rubber such as SBR based compounds to satisfy various performance requirements. In addition, we can apply the special rubber according to the customer's request. The main performance index shows below

Accessories:
Front Frame & UHMW-PE Pads
Front panels are complex steel fabrications designed for working with cell fender, cone fender, element rubber fenders and other types. It is necessary part of fender system as they can distribute the reaction force form the rubber fender into the hull of vessels.
UHMW-PE pads, generally fixed to front panels, can provide the best combination of price and durability to the whole fender system. The pads are characterized by higher abrasion resistance and low-friction surface, excellent durability and high toughness. It efficiently protects the painting of vessels from damages caused by friction.
Steel chains
Steel chains are used to fasten cylindrical fenders, pneumatic fenders and other types of fenders for providing excellent control of fenders such as the deflection and shear strength during impact. Normally, there are two main types of steel chain systems are commonly used for fender installation as shown in the picture.
Anchor Bolts and Nuts
anchor bolts and nuts in accordance with rubber fenders you bought can also be supplied. They are necessaries for installation of cell rubber fender, D fenders, cell fenders, element rubber fender and various types of fenders.
