Hangzhou motorcycle head factory is one of the main manufacturers in China seted up by our government specializing in researching, developing, manufacturing, selling motorcycle and relevant components. We have 13 models and more than 80 types of motorcycle with our brand "DONGJUN" ranging from 50cc to 250cc exhaust capacity. There are mold-making, plastic components, lamps, motorcycle frames, painting, motorcycle and etc. branch factory under our company. Of which, the mold-making centre is the specially invigorating enterprise authorized by the State Council.
The enterprise has more than 1000 stuff, including 230 engineering technicians and 80 engineers, 28 of which are advanced engineers. We possesses advanced technology, ability of design and able personnel. There are 86 advanced equipment imported from American, Germany, Japan and Spain. CAD/CAM/CAE system has been all-round applied. Now the company has the ability of manufacturing 200,000 motorcycle, 1 million sets of plastic components and 500,000 motorcycle frames every year. The factory can make all kinds of precisely complicate molds under 50T.
