Performance and Feature
1. The equipment can produce different sizes of diaper pads(Large, Mid-dle and small)by replacing few parts.
2. SAP blended into pulp by vacuum suction.
3. After folding and packing 3 times, the pulp has been pressed with mesh roller.
4. The transmission system consists of stiff shaft, gearbox, 45o -spiral gear, and universal joint, each working unit is driven by the system of universal joint, which minimizes the shortage of gearing system, so as to make the transmission smoother.
5. The conveyer belt is integrated with frame structure so as to keep belt in line with products, and so stable and accurate.
6. All relative parts have differential device for phase adjustment during operation.
7. The products can be three-folded and stacked in line for output.
