Taizhou Xiongfeng Casting Industry Co., Ltd is specialized in producing Aluminum die-casting products. Established in 1993, it has more than 10 years experience to do some kinds of the die casting parts used in automobile, motorcycle, automated equipment, agricultural machinery and other industries. And establish a long-term business relationships with some famous motorcycle and auto manufacturers in the world like Honda, KTM, Grand River etc. Based on your design drawing and samples, it can make the high performance and competitive price products for you.
Xiongfeng has its own products design, mold manufacturing center, at the same time, it also equipped with casting components refining processing workshop, surface polishing, shot blasting and milling workshops, fully closed assembly painting workshop, aluminum welding workshop, etc.
About the mould, the applied software are pro/E, Auto CAD 2000, Cimatron 12, UG etc. And we have more than 10 CNC machines like FANUC series and SKY series to make sure the precision and efficiency. Furthermore, it equips with central melt furnace, electricity holding furnace and more than 10 of high precision die-casting machines from 400T-1250T in the aluminum casting workshop to assure the quality. It also equips CMM, spectral analysis, salt spray test and backset thickness measurement in the inspection central and will test the complete products for 72 hours about its resisting causticity. It has a high reputation of the mould and aluminum casting in ZheJiang province and customers from America and Europe are satisfied with the quality.
