Location: Express way, about two hours car to Shenzhen/Hongkong, 40 minutes car to Guangzhou new Airport
Production Capacity: An example, monthly 30000 pants
Assets: Two factories, one is for knitted styles, the other is for woven styles. The secord factory occupied 5, 000 m2 including workers′bedrooms.
Machines and groups: About 800 sets of sewing machines, one CAD system for patterning, sampling, one fabrics inspector. 20 lines are waiting to service for you.
Staff and workers: Administrative and technical incl. Designer, order coordinators: 60 persons. Workers: 600 persons.
Showroom: Two, occupied 80 square meters, One for knitted collections and one for woven /
Brands: Zoetic
Markets: 90% export to USA, Europe incl. Russian, Mid-east etc, 10% for local.
Processing for overseas: From sketches/drawings/designs/samples to finished products. We have our own overseas marketing Dept. To handle the exportation.
Quality control: Our own groups to control quality from sampling, making, semi-finished to final products.
Washing and final treatment (packing): Two long-term washing factories and one large treatment/packing section.
