Ioga is an institut of observatoire in geophysic applique in Madagascar.
Full professor RATSIMBAZAFY Jean Bruno.
Built in November, 1889 on the hill of Ambohidempona, near the current place of the University of Antananarivo to Ambohitsaina, the Look-out post was the first scientific research center of Madagascar.
He(It) was steered first of all by the French Jesuit Fathers, successively by the R. P. Edouard CO.
