Product Description:
1. This machine is full automatic model reinorcing mesh production line.It adopts reslstance welding principle and weld the line and cross wire at the cross point.And the wire material can be plain wire and rebar wire.

 2. This machine is for 3.0-8.0mm wire.which can produce the mesh panel and roll.The line wire feeding is from coil automaticly reduces labor intensity the production capacity.it is equiped with pre-loading cross hopper.and it can load max 1.5 tons wire.

 3. The mesh pulling system is driven by the CNC servo motor with high precision and adjustment is more convenient. 

 4. Control system adopts PLC ,touch screen system, which makes the operation is more convenient and simple.

 5. One steel mesh welding controller is equpied for one transformer, which is used to control the welding time and current and the operation is more simple.
 

 Line wire Straightening System  

1.After the monitoring system, the line wire will be into the first straightening system. 

 2.Because the line wire feeding is from coil, so the straightening system is necessary,which will ensure the wire straight.
                                                            Line wire loop & balancing unit

From the feeding system out, it will be into loop & balancing unit
1. This unit keep the line wire feeding smooth and continous.

2. Emergency stop switch , keep personnel and equipment away no damage.

                                               Main welding unit
 

From the straightening unit out, it will be into main welding unit.

1. Our welding system can weld the plain low carbon wire and ribbed bar 3-8mm

2.Our welding pressure adopts mechnical spring model,and both the machine cost and maintenance cost will be less .

3. The main motor is 7.5KW big frequency motor,which ensure the good welding quality and fast speed
                 Pre-loading Cross wire feeding hopper
 

The pre cut cross wire with length required will be loaded into one hopper.

1. The hopper can load max 1.5t cross wire.

2. The pushing adopts 1.0KW servo motor droven more accurate,others adopts pneumatic pushing system,whose pushing spacing is limited.

                    Fast Pulling Mesh System

The fast pulling mesh system is use for pulling finished mesh panel to the position of falling, ensuring continuous welding,pulling .

1. It is droven by the servo motor , PLC system with fast speed and less noise. The most important is that it can send the mesh to accurate position and make the prepare for the mesh falling and turning.
2. Others adopt tyre sending out, and power is small ,not accurate.

3. The servo motor power is 5.5KW , the pulling speed can reach 1m/s.

The finished mesh panel will fall automaticly. This falling device is one lifting and descending platform.
1. At first , the platform is on the high position, whicn ensure the mesh panel falling smoothly. With more mesh panel, the platform will descend.

2. This most advantage is neat mesh panel after falling.
