Product Description
1. Applications
DRS-1 is a tough, flexible, general purpose polyolefin tubing with good resistance to common fluids and solvents and a high dielectric strength. Its unique blend of chemical, electrical, and physical properties makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, including electrical insulation, strain relief, cable bundling, color coding and identification of wires, cables, pipes, and electrical and electronic components, and mechanical protection..

3. Technical data
3.1 Applicable conditions
3.1.1 Operating temperature range: -55°C~125°C.
3.1.2 Suitable for long-time service under the acid or alkaline condition.
3.1.3 Suitable for long-time service in the region with strict environmental regulations.
3.2 Appearance
3.2.1 No obvious scratches, no uneven surface, and no bamboo-shaped defect.
3.2.2 Shiny and clear, no oil spills, and no dust.
3.2.3 Clear printing. Non-printing is also available.
3.3 Installation
3.3.1 Minimum shrink temperature: 70°C
Minimum full recovery temperature for thin-wall tubing: 110°C
Minimum full recovery temperature for normal-wall tubing: 125°C
3.3.2 The longitudinal shrinkage rate is not more than ±5%
3.3.3 To ensure the full shrink, it is suggested to use forced-draught, contant-temperature oven, and the shrink temperature shall be controlled in 125°C.
3.4 Color
Standard colors: black, red, blue, yellow, green, white and clear.
Other colors like purple, gray, brown, etc. can be customized.

4. Material description
DRS-1 is flame-retardant, and it is made from polyethylene and a little additional agent. The specific contents are as follows.
The contents of plumbum (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), PBB, PBDE, etc., which are classified as environmentally restrictive substances, meet the environmental requirements of SONY-SS-00259 and EU RoHS2.0.
