Efficient thread cutting equipment - whirling milling

Whirlwind milling is a high-speed cutting power head installed on an ordinary lathe, and different carbide tools can be selected for high-speed and efficient thread milling on various materials.

The whirlwind milling produced by our unit is developed on the basis of the introduction of German whirlwind milling lathes  in our factory. Whirlwind milling bid farewell to traditional thread processing, greatly reducing the man-hours and costs of thread processing. Product precision is improved.

2. Helix angle can be adjusted effectively.

3. The cutting speed is high, no undercut groove is needed, and one-cut milling is formed.

4. The spindle feeds slowly, the milling head cuts at high speed, the tool retracts conveniently, and the operation is simple.

5. The surface roughness of the processed parts can reach Ra0.8, realizing milling instead of grinding.
