Vibratory Feeder Bowls with multi linear tracks, Center of distance of track can be customized according to customers' needs.

The distinct character of electronic components challenged us with their peculiar attributes. A method of orienting and delivering virtually unstoppable feed rates is accomplished through a design, featuring open tooling combined with multiple tracks.

We offer a range of vibratory bowl feeders that can handle component parts from all areas of industry catering for a wide range of shapes and sizes and a variety of materials to give a consistent and accurate flow of parts into production machinery. Bowl feeders can be supplied either clockwise or counterclockwise and range in size with a variety of linings to suit engineering, food and pharmaceutical components. Our bowl feeders have cost efficient drive technology and a compact design.

Individual bowl feeders as well as purpose-designed and tooled vibratory bowl feeders can be supplied, tailored to meet the customer's requirements. Complete engineered systems incorporating bowl feeders, linear feeders and elevating hoppers can be developed to successfully integrate into the customer's production line to increase economy, speed and accuracy of any production operation requiring a continuous feed of parts.

Caps, keys, screws, nuts, bolts, springs, tablets, electrical components are but a few of the parts that can be successfully fed by our vibratory bowl feeders.

About service support, we have partner in Slovakia to responsible for after sales issues in central European countries. The after-sales service in South America is handled by another partner company in Peru. In USA and Mexico area, we are in charge of it ourselves at the moment.
Q4.Will you provide technical drawings?
Sure, we will provide 3D drawings for your approval before production.
Q5.What is the final package of the machines?
The machines will be wrapped with plastic film and put in the wooden case.
