The circular sawing Machine has four advantage:
1. It can cut many type of material, including high-temperature alloys, nickel alloys, titanium alloys, stainless steel and other materials basically cover all current domestic and foreign metal materials, including all kinds of difficult-to-cut materials and easy-to-cut materials.
2. The feed speed of the machine tool is fast, and adopts advanced new transmission mode (main drive servo motor drive the gear box) and international advanced horizontal feed sawing mode, thus to ensure the stability, efficiency and accuracy of the sawing process, and the cutting efficiency is high, and is about one to two times higher than traditional machine.
3. The main machine has a good & stable performance. The newly designed non-tailing device use servo motor to drive the action of ball screw, and finally achieve zero-length tail sawing. Therefore, it can help client to save raw material costs.
This metal sawing equipment is composite of machine bed, power head, feed system, clamping device, automatic feeding device, bearing frame, material feeding device, feeding device, hydraulic system, electrical system, spray cooling system, automatic lubrication system, scraper type chip, cooling device, the saw blade cutting fluid cleaning device etc.
Revolutionary innovations have been made in the automatic feeding system to the front clamp vise-free device, to the horizontal feed sawing method, to the saw blade clamping system, to the oil mist collection device, and to the optical fiber servo electronic control system.
The optical fiber servo electric control system makes the metal circular sawing machine have the characteristics of smarter operation, simpler maintenance, faster communication speed and low failure rate.
The circular sawing machine is mainly composed of servo motor, ball screw, linear guide, feeding frame, horizontal clamping cylinder and other parts. Its main function is to realize high-precision automatic fixed length and automatic rapid conveying of workpieces.
