Our company is an enterprise specializing in the production of polymer technology air fiber materials with the import and export rights of the People′s Republic of China and also we are exhibition and broadcast enterprise of CCTV with an annual output of 5000 tons. Since 2010, we have begun to import equipment to produce and develop 4D polymer air fiber materials and have rich experience in research, development, production and exportation. After hundreds of raw material ratio experiments, we selected the hardness and density most suitable for human body to ensure the high quality of products and provide customers with better use experience. In 2021, we upgraded the formula of POE polymer air fiber material, POE PRO was born, it is polymer polyethylene propylene butene copolymer elastomer which is more elastic, more durable, more supportive and more ergonomic. We can undertake customized color, infusing flame retardant and antibacterial function and other large customized orders.
We produce eco-friendly, high-elastic, air-permeable and washable 4D POE polymer air fiber material details as following:
Material sheet (thickness1cm-20cm, width 200cm, unlimited length, density 30-120kgs/m3)
Pillow (Customized spinneret mold such as circular, semicircular, ect. 3D high temperature setting molds, etc. )
Cushion and lumbar support pillow (Customized spinneret mold such as slope, triangle, etc. Shaped cutting or straight square cutting by 2D cutting die, etc. )
And around the 4D polymer air fiber core material to design and develop finished products, we can provide perfect service including research, development, production, cutting, shapes setting, sewing, packing and transportation.
All of our raw materials are sourced from first-line brand suppliers of Japan and U. S. A. And have maintained close cooperation for more than ten years.
