Kangjing's micro fine cement is a revolutionary solution primarily designed for pre-excavation grouting (PEG), offer time savings in the tunnel excavation cycle, rock and soil injection, providing a reliable and effective solution for a variety of construction and geotechnical applications.
Our Microfine Portland Cement comes in four different grades according to the fineness of the product: K700, K1000, K1340, and K2000, to give the maximum grain size of D95 under 6µm. Each grade offers unique properties to cater to specific requirements.
Furthermore, our Microfine Portland Cement is environmentally friendly. How to Use / Mixing Microfine cement• Fill the colloidal mixer with water
• Add microfine cement ( 1 : 0.5- 1 Water/Cement ratio)
• Mix for 2 minutes
• Transfer to agitator Packaging
Kangjing supplied in 25 kg bags or 1000 kg bags. Any other option can be customized.StorageKangjing's microfine portland cement has a shelf life of six months when stored in sealed bags, kept dry and out of direct sunlight.Pot lifeThe mix should be kept under constant agitation prior to injection. Do not keep mix in agitator longer than 30 to 40 minutes.
