At present, non-ammonia elastic fibers generally have the problems of low elastic recovery rate, complex process route and high cost. The two-component composite profiled polyester fiber is designed and synthesized with a new copolyester elastomer GBT, through PBT molecular modification. Its main chain of macromolecules contains highly flexible polyether components, featuring good thermal performance, low raw material cost, and melting spinning. The key technology for polymerization of the high-viscosity polyester elastomer GBT for composite polyester elastic fiber and the key technology for high-efficiency one-step melt spinning of new generation polyester composite elastic fiber are overcome, and a new type of elastic fiber featuring short production process, high efficiency and low cost, in addition to the performance advantages of T400, spandex, cotton fiber and so on.
