OEM Manufacturer 200W Non-PTC Graphene Electric Infrared Floor Heating Film

Bravecount Materials graphene electric heating film is composed of high grade thermal conductive graphene and inorganic polymeric particles of semi-conductive heating material and thermistor materials. The graphene electric heating film is one of the most advanced heating solutions, it will save more than 30% to 60% of the cost as compared with the traditional solution.

BC-AED01 and BC-EHF01 series are heating film made from graphene, carbon fiber and other polymers for underfloor heating. It works with temperature control thermostat for underfloor heating application. The heating film is produced into rolls and users could cut the to any length at site according to actual construction condition. However, the film width cannot be changed, which is fixed to 50cm. Power density can be customized to 220W/m2, 280W/m2, 400W/m2, 500W/m2, etc. For other special heating purposes, please contact us to customize accordingly.

Versions

BC-EHF01 naked PET film version is a basic model without other covering materials. This kind of product is not recommended to use directly under tiles. Length is cut at site accordingly.

BC-EHF02 PVC-sleeved infrared heating film is specifically for water preventing applications.
Length of such model has to be customized in advance and cannot be cut at site.
LOGO printing available.

BC-AED01 series are the main standard heating film products for underfloor heating.
Power per square meter can be customized.
The existing version is 220~240W/m2. Length is cut at site accordingly.

BC-AED02 with non-woven fabric at both sides. Non-woven PP is used to prevent moisture underfloor.
Length is cut at site accordingly.
