As an independent third-party inspection company, CTS has a sound inspection network covering China and Southeast Asia. Our full time inspectors are well trained, reliable and experienced in inspection for a wide product range. In 2018, more than 1, 500 importers and buyers all over the world benefited from CTS services, and we conducted over 3, 000 inspections per month.
Besides inspection services, CTS also provides buyers with supplier evaluation, laboratory testing & certification services.
CTS′s in house labs are located in Zhejiang and Guangdong Province China, with full accreditation from international authoritative bodies.
CTS has more than 100 full time experienced inspectors based in major Chinese coastal cities and Southeast Asia.
We have comprehensive training programs for our inspectors such as classroom lectures, practice workshops and on-site assessments. CTS insists on very strict control policies to manage our inspectors including: Code of Ethics, Employee Ethics Agreement, Code of Conduct Letter, Random Telephone Audits, Re-inspection Policy and others.
Our management team is composed of both local staff and western consultants.
