Cold Room equipment is widely use in different area, for Vegetable Fresh Keeping, Fruits Fresh Keeping, Meat fresh keeping, seafood fresh keeping e.t.c.

We are manufacturer for cold room since 1992, we now have 4 production lines for our cold room production, including one Automatic production which daily production is more than 5000sqm, one production line for cold room doors, and two production lines for cam lock panel. We are building another full automatic production line now and will be put into use in June, 2020.

The working area for the 3 workshops is more than 30000sqm.

Walk in freezer- made up of polyurethane panels:
 
 Cold room detail:

1. Size: Depends on your stroage capacity. 
2. Cold Room Temp.: depends on what products you will stored.
3. Refrigerant: R404A 
4. Thickness of panel: 100mm/150mm 
5. Refrigeration Unit: Depends on the room size. The compressor brands we usually use are Danfoss, Copeland, Bitzer etc. 
6. Cold room door: Hinge door/sling door 
7. Documents: Complete documents such as instruction, operation manual, wire diagram, good list, certification etc. 


Cold Room / Freezer Room / Walk in Cooler Room Feature:

1. The modular cold storage room designed walking in, even the truck, you can choose the type, such as checkered plate, concrete floor or just normal. 

2. The cold room and freezer room comprises prefabricated panel. Easy setting and backout. You can desice the thickness of the panel or we can design for you. 

3. The cold room panel's interior and exterior surface is covered with steel sheets. 
Optional: Painted galvanized steel. Stucco embossed aluminum, stainless steel. PVC steel 

4. Cold room condensing unit, we can design to desice how many and how big the unit is. 
--outside unit: Usually we choose Bitzer or Copeland or Danfoss Compressor 
--hermetic/ semi-hermetic/ monoblock 
--air cooled 
--refrigerant R404A 

5. Cold store door: Hinge door, convex door, sliding door optional 
* Convex door, standard size: 800mmW*1900mmH 
* Hinge door, standard size: 832mmW*1900mmH 
* Manual / electrical sliding door, standard size:  W1200/1500mm * H2000mm
* all the cold room doors are with safety knob mounted on the back of door panel for inside emergency opening 
* all the cold room doors are with heaters for defrosting.

About package:

For container load, we pack the panels with bubble paper, piece by  piece, and pack the condenser unit and air cooler by plywood case .

For bulk cargo, we suggest all panels and refrigeration units should pack by plywood case for the safety shipment.

For better installation in the client's side, we have a mark on each panel, C stands for Ceiling panel, W stands for Wall panel and F stands for floor panel. 

We also have number on each panel, when you install the cold room, you  just need to follow our installation drawing, and follow the marked numbers, and the installation can be finished easily.
