Product Description
This machine is applicable to the manufacturing of lead parts as automobile, motorcycles, electric vehicles, UPS, start lighting, free-maintenance, solar cells in the lead-acid battery industry, and all lead pole terminals, buttons, terminals, cover lead sleeve, left and right pole heads, etc in the industry of battery case. According to the requirements of cleaner production, the machine is designed with the concept of safety, energy-saving, environmental protection and consumption reducing. The operation is simple to learn and easy to understand, saving over 75% of manpower.
The lead parts terminal of battery has the function as a bridge to realize battery charge and discharge, therefore, the requirements for products are very high.
Lead parts shall not have any burr on the bottom of the footing, which shall be flat and stable.
Lead parts must not have double layers (secondary feeding).
The outer part of the lead should not have burr, fracture, and shrinkage.
Lead parts shall not be deformed, air holes, damaged materials, gloss finish, and other quality requirements.
In the past, the traditional production technique of this process was achieved by manual pouring by workers, which is necessary to sit nearby the lead furnace, the operator uses a stainless steel spoon into the mold, and then manually start the residual materials removal, mold opening, mold closing, and other working procedures. There are often big problems and hidden dangers in the whole process.
The biggest problem of manual operation is that the product opening time cannot be grasped, which often causes that The product quality is unstable (the lead product is not completely crystallized inside), and the product cross-section is easy to break (a lot of such phenomena is found in the circuit breaker of defective products when used in battery)
During the operation, it is necessary to use a lead spoon to stir the lead liquid level continuously (to prevent lead residue entering into the mold), so that it is easy to cause a large contact surface between Pb and O2, resulting in excessive lead residue
The operator is in direct contact with Pb, as well as the large amount of harmful gases and substances such as lead smoke and lead dust produced by unsealed lead furnace, which seriously affect the environment and human health.
Operators must sit nearby to the lead furnace, while due to high temperature (especially in summer) and high labor intensity, most of the workers are unbearable, resulting in large staff turnover in this process, new employees training is frequent and new employees are easy to cause instability for the product quality.
Due to the mould closing is loose and the opening and closing between mould cover and mould body is frequent, which causes mould damage so that the lead parts have burrs and overflow edges.
The machine is a full automatic lead parts machine which can completely replace the JXL-2 (1 boiler 1 machine) and JXL-2S (1 boiler 2 machines) with traditional technology of more than 100 years. At present, the equipment has been used in the production line by more than 70 customers in the industry and exported to the international market, and some special-shaped lead parts products are successfully designed and made for customers.
Product Instructions:
The machine is specially designed for automatic production of lead parts in battery industry, thus avoiding direct contact between operators and Pb. This machine adopts microcomputer PLC touch control, which is a newly product integrating water, electricity, gas. The operation is simple and convenient, that one operator can operate the 3 to 6 single machines at the same time, which can really realize unmanned operation. Though the machine will stop automatically due to the failure of mould clamping in the process, the microcomputer control is adopted to fix the time of each mould operation and ensure the mould opening rate, thus the product quality is more stable.
Product Features :
1.The main machine is controlled by PLC+ HMI, which is simple for operation and stable for performance.
2.The working waste is automatically returned and re-dissolved in the furnace. The lifting system adopts the smooth sliding block mode, the upper and lower movements are smooth and stable, and there is no stuck phenomenon (unlike others only use the square pipe to instead, which is easy to wear and block)
3.The mold material adopts self-made spheroidal graphite ingredients with 20 years experience. The tensile strength reaches grade of QT-550-650-2.0-2.5, the yield strength/plasticity/impact toughness are greatly improved, the durability and anti-deformation performance is good.
4.It is easy to replace the mold. It only takes 5-10 minutes to complete and is able to immediately produce the product.
5.The critical lead discharge system is fully developed and designed independently (the first in China), the conventional way of placing lead in lead cups has been eliminated. The phenomenon of lead slag block and lead leakage often occurred in this position is put in a end, and also same time reduce the replacement loss of parts and safety hazards. The parts are made of special materials and with specially treated, the service life of the lead valve already has been verified by the customer up to be more than 1 year.
6.The lead tank is made of stainless steel, which is durable in use.
7.The lead pouring-out is adopted motor, which movement is steady and smooth, avoiding the lead quantity unsteady phenomenon due to air pressure instability
8.The equipment lead furnace is designed with lead smoke absorption hood according to the standard condition, the air outlet is reserved to connect environmental protection device on site.
