Ship Electromagnetic Brake

The TQEB2 Series electromagnetic brakes are fricative brakes, which are automatically set to work when an AC power lost occurs. They are mainly used with Y series motors to create YEJ series three-phase motors, it`s widely applicable in machine tools and in machineries for metallurgy, construction, chemistry, food-prompt and accurate braking effect. Because of its compact structure, light weight, low noise and high reliability, it is widely accepted as an ideal piece of automation equipment.
The electromagnetic brake can work reliably under following conditions:

1)Installation location altitude must not exceed 2000 meters, relative humidity is under 85%.

2)No danger explosion in surrounding medium, no gas and conductive dust to corrode the metal and damage the insulation.

3)Installation grade is B, protection grade IP55 and voltage fluctuation between +5% and -5%.

4)The surrounding temperature must be between -5~40 and work in dry conditions and no oil.

5)Not exceed maximum air gap.

6)The axail installation must be horizontal and vertical, gear sets are not allowed axail movement.

The brake must be clean, no grease and dust.
