Yoga Pants

The history of yoga pants is closely related to leggings. In the 14th century, leggings were first worn by Scottish men, made of leather or carapace, and could be used for casual wear as well as military uniforms. By the Renaissance, they evolved into leggings.
In the 19th century, women began wearing tight pants, but at that time, tight pants were still the main trend for men. In 1958, American chemist Joseph Sivers invented spandex fabric. In the 1990s, yoga was one of the popular forms of exercise at that time. In the 1998's, the first yoga pants truly made of nylon and Lycra were produced and launched. These yoga pants can fit like a second layer of skin, absorb moisture and sweat, and do stretching exercises, making them the exclusive pants for yoga sports.
In the 21st century, with yoga becoming one of the lifestyles of modern urban women, yoga pants have also become more popular. Girls not only wear yoga pants during exercise, but also in their daily outings.
