Company Introduction:
Vlwin Machinery Industry Co., Limited is a world class supplier which concentrates mainly on industrial products. The company has three factories in China mainland which provide casting parts for industrial application.
In 1980s, we first started with our foundry to provide sand casting parts for our customers. The company has workers more than 200, producing more than 4000 tons of nodular cast iron (ductile iron) every year. The main business are about casting, machining, heat treatment etc. We have around 100 equipments in our factory. Also, we could provide reliable quality control by all kinds of means like physics performance test and chemistry test.
Our company has passed the ISO9001: 2000 international quality system certification, it could supply ductile iron and grey iron castings with supreme quality. Also, in order to provide better service, we built our own machining division near the foundry, the division could machine our casting parts for satisfying high precision machining requirements. In year 2010, we invested our new machining facility with machining centers and CNC machines, to meet high precision machining requirements.
Most of our customers are from automobile industry or engineering industry. Our foundry′s products cover a wide range, including automobile parts, engineering parts, hydraulic parts like housing or bearing cap, valves, impellers and so on.
