Raw Materials
SPF
Short for Canadian sprue, pine and fir, white color with less patterns. J Grade (top grade) material is our only option.
Russian Pine
Wood material is stronger, color is darker with more wooden patterns.
Douglas fir
It is stronger and usually chose for post and beam structure buildings,
All of our materials are imported, and in order to supply best house for our clients, we only choose top grade SPF, Russian Pine and Douglas fir for our clients, that is basic condition before productions for cheap wood house
Then we choose qualified materials from them with strictly standard, the usage rate is about 70%, although that makes our profit lower, but it gives clients best products than ever.
Moisture content of our material is 12%-15%.

Inspection Process
Our inspection team make sure that all the materials has been prepared according to packing list, and every piece of materials produced exactly the same with production drawings.
We also do pre-assembling for all of our products, thats why all of our houses can be assembled successfully during the past 8 years without any mistake.
Loading
There are two ways for loading, packing with wood pallet or directly in the container, it depends on clients' specific request and the loading conditions.
Transaction Process
1. Communication
According to clients inquiry, we can recommend our exist house designs or do free design for clients
2. Place Order
After finalize the design and transaction terms, clients may place the order.
3. Production Drawing
As soon as order confirmed, we will start to make production drawing, it used to take 10-15days.
4. Production
Production for cheap wood house uaually takes 10-15days for one unit of 200sqm log house.
5. Inspection
Our inspection process makes sure that every piece of materials produced exactly the same with production drawing and can be assembled properly.
6. Shipment
We will arrange the shipment for clients and get prepared for loading, and loading pictures and packing list will be sent.
Installation Process
1. Make foundation, it could be strip foundation or plarform foundation.
2. Installation of wall. All wall logs are made of solid wood.
3. First floor system installation, full sets of floor system consists of floor frame, OSB board, heat insulation, ironing parts.
4. Installation of rafters and roof system, it consists of rafter, OSB board, ceiling board, insulation etc.
5. Installation of water proof, shingles, window and doors.
6. As soon as installation finished, paint of wood wax oil is necessary, it can protect the wood from natural damages
