Liuzhou Fuzhen Bodywork Industrial Co., Ltd. specialize in auto/vehicle transfer die/mold making,which was ever named Liuzhou Fuzhen Die Industrial Co., Ltd. built in 1988, was founded in April, 2007, our scope of business have been enlarged to die of automotive body, gripper, checking fixture, assembly of car body and design, making, sales and providing technical service. We have more than 66,600 square meters workshop (including tool manufacturing division and part welding and manufacturing division) with more than 1000 employees including 130 technical management staffs. It was awarded "High and New Technology Enterprise" and "Technology Center in Guangxi District" in 2010. Nowadays, we have the capability in producing 600 sets of covering parts and the company has reached the first level of national die industry.  Our total value of turnover achieved a breakthrough of RMB 0.73 billion.
 
Scope of business:
 
1.  Reverse and positive direction developing of numerical models for automobile panels, tool designing and manufacturing.
2.  Designing and manufacturing of cold stamping dies for automobile chassis parts.
3.  Designing and manufacturing of welding gripper.
4.  Stamping and welding manufacturing of covering parts and chassis parts.
 
Technical Capability:
 
We entirety adopt computer-aided design and manufacture (CAD / CAM), with the software of UG,DELCAM,SOLIDWORKS,CATIA,SURFACE,AUTOFORM and so on. With experience of tool making, if customers provide us with a sample part, we can create production numerical model, design the drawing and build the die by utilizing reverse engineering system.
