Sunrise(qingdao) international Co., Ltd. is a Japanese sole proprietorship enterprise, products ranged from household articles - such as pillow, mattress, cushion and etc. Materials are kinds of foam and slow elastic memory foam.
Since foundation in October of 2003, during development of past years, we′re growing rapidly. We have built a new factory in January of 2008 which′s located at no. 297 jinshui rd, shangzang industrial park of licang district, covers about 33, 000 m2, among which our workshops cover 23, 000 m2. We have around 500 employees, including products development, production, management, sales and ect. Our full set production stream line from foam frothing to sewing, stuffing, packaging, inspection, shipment are all under international standard. We own computer controlled automatic foam frothing production line, box type foam frothing production line, computer plastic molded foam frothing production line, computer controlled 2d form cutting and molding machine, computer 2d and 3D cutting machine, stuffing machine for broken foam, plastic tube, poly fiber and foam particles, ultrasonic computer quilting machine, hydraulic pressure vacuumizing machine, hydraulic pressure molding machine, automatic cutting machine, computer and kinds of electric sewing machine.
