NATI Three-Way Catalytic Converter Support Mat includes a wide variety of mat products that Manufactured by NATI Refractories (Shanghai) CO., LTD. As a key part in catalytic converter the mat are holding, protecting, sealing the monolith and providing thermal insulation dependably throughout the life cycle of the converter.
      NATI Mat is made of high temperature resistance ceramic fiber and handpicked vermiculite.  NATI Mat has given the excellent performance with the benefit of Years of insulation products manufactured in advanced technology.

Compared with wire mesh, NATI provide lower the outside temperature of the catalytic converter, increasing the internal temperature and conversion efficiency.

Application Of The Edge Seal Hybrid Mat
NT-300 mats can also be combined very effectively with NT-200 mats to from Hybrid mats.
The edge seal hybrid mats are normally comprises one or two narrow strips of 300 mat on one or both sides of a wide strip of intumescent mat. The 200 mat strips protect the leading and/or trailing edges of the intumescent mat from erosion caused by impingement, high temperature , and pulsation effects of the exhaust gas.
