Brief Introduction:
1. This kind of carbonization stove is included three inner stoves, when one inner stove is finished, it can be hoisted outside, And when the first inner stove is cooling , the other inner stove can be carbonized at the same time, in this way the cooling time can be reduced much, thus, the productive efficiency increase a lot .

Working Principle of Carbonization stove:
The carbonization stove adopts the high-temperature dry sliding carbonization technology to make the manmade briquette to charcoal briquette. It is equipped with hyperploid high temperature stream cooling system, and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production. Moreover, the stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process,and increasing the enterprise revenue.

Main parts:
This Wood Airflow Continuous Coconut Shell Charcoal Carbonization Stove Furnace Retort Kiln Machine includs one outer stove, three inner stoves,caps,hoisting equipment,purification system.
Outer stove
includes heating room (for heating the stove), furnace body and heat-keeping layer (it is made of the heat insulating material, used for keep the heating)
Inner stove 
Consist of the stove tank body and the sealed top cap.Both of them are made of the heat resistance thermal steel,and the three carbonization baskets can be stack together, 
easy for loading and transporting ,and it will save a lot of space and transport charge.
Purification tank
When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke( can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the outer stove for heating the stove again;
This system is consisting of purification tank and the exhaust heated cycle pipe. And Smoking purification tank are used for purify the smoking (can not Burning)and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification tank will Become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
Hoisting equipment
it includes the steel hoisting frame and the E-hoist .And it is easy for loading and unloading the stove, and can reduce labor intensity.
The whole line of making wood briquette charcoal
1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm);
2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%;
3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine;
4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive;
5.Carbonized the briquette stick.
