ZSYJ-300A type pressure test machine is designed and produced by our company. It is widely used in strength test and seal test of butterfly valve, gate valve, ball valve, pipe fitting, etc. It is simple, fast, safe and reliable to operate. Installation of Equipment
Place the device on a flat cement floor. It is recommended to lay a cement prefabricated base and level the device. Anchor bolts can also be used to secure the device.
Valve pressure test
First, preparation
1, the circuit, water, gas connection, check correct. Check motor steering and confirm positive turn.
2, the water tank more than 3/4, the water inlet pipe, the return pipe are all placed in the tank, the filter screen is placed under the water.
3, the pressure test machine, the touch screen and each digital display instrument normal display. Select valve type, set pressure, pressure holding time and other parameters on the touch screen (the pressure value can be set by referring to the pressure comparison table, for reference only).
4. Rotate the "Manual/Automatic" button to the "Manual" position. Press the "Release" button to move the upper blind plate up above the valve and put the valve and tooling in place. Press the "press" button to make the pressure plate move down to the place where it just touches the valve, and adjust the deceleration close switch to this position to make the switch red light on. (When the valve is pressed, the upper blind plate drops to the close switch at high speed and slows down, and then presses the valve at low speed. This process is controlled by the frequency converter and PLC).
Note: Because different specifications of the valve, the height is different, so after replacing the test valve specifications, need to adjust the position of the proximity switch in time.
Two, pressure test
1. Rotate the "Manual/Automatic" button to the "Automatic" position.
2. Press the "Strength" button, and the system will automatically start the strength test. (Low pressure pump water, exhaust valve automatically open exhaust; Exhaust valve automatically closes after exhaust is finished. After the conversion pressure is reached, the low pressure pump will automatically close, and the high pressure pump will start. After the pressure reaches the required pressure of the workpiece under test, the machine will automatically stop to maintain pressure). If the green light is on, it is judged as qualified; The red light is on and it is judged to be unqualified.
3, close the test valve, press the "seal" button, the system starts the seal test.
4. After each test, the system automatically relieves pressure.
Note:
A. If you select "set sealing process exit" in the parameter setting screen, the system will not conduct sealing test. After the strength test is completed, the upper blind plate is automatically released (raised).
B. If you choose to set the sealing process input in the parameter setting screen, then the strength test is completed, the upper blind plate does not move, and the system starts the sealing test. After the operator closes the test valve, press the "Seal" button to enter the seal test. After the test, the upper blind plate will automatically release (rise).
C. The rising height of the upper blind plate is adjusted by the return time parameter. The longer the time, the higher the height.
3. Button and indicator light
1. "Manual/automatic" transfer knob
Manual position automatic program does not run, automatic position "press" and "release" button and the remote control can be performed action, automatic operation should avoid manual operation and remote control operation;
2. "Press" and "Release" buttons
Used to move the position of the upper blind plate, note that these two buttons are not controlled by the hand/automatic state; "Press" and "release" have limit switches respectively. The proximity switch at the upper part of the lead screw is to release the limit. The indicator light of this switch indicates that the pressure plate has reached the high limit and is not allowed to continue to rise, and the proximity switch at the lower part of the lead screw is to press the limit.
3. "Intensity" button
Press this button to start the strength test program in automatic state;
4. "Seal" button
In automatic state, press this button to start the sealing test program after the strength test is qualified;
5. "Emergency stop" button
If leakage or other problems occur during the test, press this button to stop the current action;
6. "Reset" button
Press the "emergency stop" button and then press this button to restore the initial state;
7. Other buttons
Manual buttons include "high pressure pump", "low pressure pump", "low pressure/pressure relief valve", "high pressure valve" and "exhaust valve". In the manual state, press each button to realize the opening and closing control of the pump and valve.
Four, the operation screen
Function:
A. When the automatic test enters the pressure holding stage, the water pressure-time curve will be displayed until the end of the test.
B. Display the real-time state of the press test machine, including the on-off state of each pump and valve and the pressure value of compression and water pressure.
C. Test data recording includes time, valve type, valve diameter, test results and other parameters.
D. Related buttons connected to other screens.

Note: When the strength test and seal test are carried out, the screen will automatically switch with the test process.
Safety Matters
1, pressure test should be set according to the requirements of the specimen pressure, not overload pressure, so as to avoid damage to the specimen safety accident!
2, the equipment is not used for a long time and the pipeline needs to be emptied in winter.

Period of warranty
The warranty period of the equipment is one year from the date of delivery. (Except for human error.)
