Q1: What's your warranty policy?
A1: We take complete responsibility for damage of goods caused by our improper package or original quality problem. We have very strict QC team, they will double check the goods one by one before shipping.
 
Q2: What's your MOQ?
A2: We usually require MOQ 50 sets for each item, if the items are smaller size, we need larger MOQ and we will state it on our quotation. As we are a factory, it's hard for us to produce small quantity now, because we need to consider the mold cost and the labor cost. Many thanks for your understanding.
 
Q3: What package do you use for the products?
A3: Usually we pack each item in polybag firstly and then polyfoam and export carton with 90cm height drop test; For some big items, we will increase wooden frame for reinforce and protection. Customized package is also available based on certain MOQ.
 
Q4: What's the delivery time?
A4: 90% crafts in ALIBABA we have stock, and each single item is under 100pcs, we can deliver within 1-3 days. 
 
Q5: Can we make our own designs?
A5: Yes, we have skillful handicraft masters, and there are about
10 year's experiences in this industry, we warmly welcome OEM/ODM items. You need just to provide us your design picture and measurements or samples for our reference.
 
Q6: How to Ship?
A6: By Express(Air) or By Sea, we will help to check the most competitive shipping freight for customers. Customers can also arrange their own shipping company to come to our factory to pick up the products.
 
Q7: What's the Payment term?
A7: Usually we adopt T/T 30% deposit, and 70% balance paid before shipping.
