1. Colorized petroleum asphalt roofing felt tile is tile-shape roofing waterproof sheet material with glass fibre felt as matrix. It is made by dip coating raw materials like byerlyte of high quality, then cover one side with colorized mineral granular material and the other side with barrier material. It has good waterproof and decoration role and is a new waterproof material widely used domestically at present in sloping roof.
2. Performance Indexes:
Solvend content: (best quality/qualified product) 1900 g/m2/1450g/m2).
Tensile force: (25 vertical) no less than (best quality/qualified product), 340N/30N.
Heat resistance: 85. The coating should have no sliding and concentric bubbles in 2h. Flexibility: Not higher than: 10(no crack in mandrel with radius 35mm or angle block).
3. Product specification: Length*width 1000mm*333mm. Thickness is no less than 2.8mm. Properties of Products:
Light and flexible: The weight is only 1/5 that of clay tile or concrete tile. It is convenient for transportation. It can either be used as surface tile, or can be bent to be ridge tile.
Good quality and beautiful appearance: Tiles of different colors and different shapes can create beautiful and decent bedding surfaces in multi-form.

The product has characteristics of rich colors, many forms, light weight, good durability and simple construction. It meets the requirements of the trade standard "JC/T 539-92 Felt Tile". The main performances are as follows:
Base layer of waterproof layer should meet the following requirements:
Base layer, no matter it is wood plate base layer or leveling layer of cement mortar, should be firm and flat. Check with 2m ruler. The maximum clearance should be no larger than 5mm, and the clearance should be smooth out.
Before construction of waterproof layer, leveling layer of cement mortar should be dry and has clean surface. Spread adhesive bitumen primer after cleaning. In case of wood base layer, the oil felt pad layer must be fixed firm completely.
Engineering Construction:
1. In order to ensure the product is laid in order and meet the requirement, snap ping line on the surface to be laid before the laying. The vertical central line is vertical to the ridge and lies at the center of the roof. For distance between vertical lines, the distance in three-piece type is 167mm, and the distance in four-piece type is 125mm. The first horizontal line should be made at the position 333mm to the cornice. Distance between other horizontal lines is 142mm. It can be adjusted a little in practical construction, but the distance must not be over 142mm. The top of each colorized petroleum asphalt roofing felt tile should fit the snapped horizontal line.
2. Lay the primary layer (set dropping plate at the cornice) before laying the first layer of colorized petroleum asphalt roofing felt tile. Tile of the primary layer is from the felt tile by cutting off the tile skirt. Lay the primary layer directly from the base of slope of the roof, the surface with bonding adhesive facing up, coat bitumen mastic on the surface where the cornice contacts the roofing covering, and fix them on the roof with roofing nails.
