Founded in 2013, we mainly focus our business on bicycle parts, automobile parts, and 5G consumer periperal equipment such as brake levers, alloy seatposts, alloy stems, heatsinks and so on. The equipments we use are including 6 350T, 1 450T and 1 500T alluminum die casting machines, 1 zinc alloy die casting machine. Moreover, we have more than 10 NC lathing machnes, 4 CNC centers and other machines including milling, drilling and so forth. Our processes are including alluminum die casting, heat treatment, machining process( drilling, lathing, milling), polishing process, and assembly. For various finish processes such as anodizing, coating, and sandblasting, we outsouce from our long trem cooperated vendors. Besides, a series of measurement and testing equipements for industril use can be found. With a professional team of 3 IE, 4 RD and 2 QC, we believe we are highly capable to help our customers develope and produce OEM, ODM or JDM products.
