Half Mirror

At present, our company has three glass deep-processing production lines. The first line is production of first surface mirror which is mainly used in DLP, LCD, rear projection televisions, copiers, scanners and so on. Our company introduced the internationally advanced level vacuum magnetic sputtering coating production line from Leybold AG in 2005. Through ten years' effort on refining techonogy, process technology and product quality are both at industry-leading position. The second line is the production of high-level silver mirror whose equipments are importing from Japan and the United States, selecting the most high-quality float glass, imported silver nitrate and primers as mirror raw materials, adopting Japanese advanced technology. Product performance is in line with Japanese JISR3220-1999 technical requirements standard by testing from the National Glass Quality Supervision Center. The products have been widely applied to high-end apartment, hotels, restaurants residential and furniture. The third line is producting antireflective film which is the latest products in 2009. Because its transmittance can reach 99 percent, so it also known as antireflective glass. It is mainly used in laptop, industrial instruments, photo frame, glass showcase, touch screen, liquid crystal display LCD, rear projection television PTV, DLP and so on. Anti-Reflective Coatings are liquid formulations that enable manufacture of single-layer films, which minimize surface reflections on front of LCD displays. They also provide resistance, smudge resistance, neutral color, low haze, and high light transmission. Coatings will play key role in high definition TV picture quality by optimizing contrast and enabling bright, vivid colors.
