Fully automatci plastic flattening and slicing machine forms a production line for making plastic cylinders with our microcomputer cylinder gluing machine and curling side machine; Forms another production line for making folding boxes with our plastic box folder and gluer and our synchronal welding and cutting machine.

Characteristics:
1. PVC, PET, PP film slicing machine uses hydraulic-heated automatic slicing machine
2. First flattens materials, then slices them into pieces in succession, making products flat and smooth.
3. Our slicing machine is double face laminating, corona equipped and servo system, human-machine interface control.
4. Cutting speed, length and quantity can be preset, saving manpower and improving quality and efficiency.
5. Utilize vatiable frequency speed regulating to feed and servo contol system to pull sheet with high slicing precision, functions like simple slitting, static eliminator system, multiple feeding, automatic sheet kicker and photoelectric counting, ets are available as options.
6. Fully automatic film cutting machine uses hydraulic-driven cutter with strong cutting force.
7. Utilize special mould thermoregulator HTF pipe to circulate heating, the roller surface temperature remains unifrom; Use special controller to regulate temperature, easy to maintain.
