Hangzhou Boiler Works is the main factory in China to design and manufacture 25~100 MW utility boilers. Till now, 42 units of 220t/h boiler and 11 units of 410t/h boiler have been manufactured by HBW and operated steadily by the customers in China. The boilers are designed to burn various kinds of coal, blast furnace gas or coal-water slurry etc. HBW also have the experience to manufacture 200~350 MW boiler steam drums (according to ASME code ), membrane-wall, economizer and etc.
HBW`s design level and manufacture ability have been modernized after technical extension and co-operating with domestic universities and foreign boiler companies and adopting updated technology and procedures in its products. The 75t/hcirculating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler is the first boiler in China to be evaluated and certified by Chinese Government and determined as the Perfect Demonstration Engineering Project by State Economic Commission. 220t/h boiler is the Best Quality Product by Ministry of Machinery Industry.
Howadays Hangzhou Boiler Works pays more attention to develop large capacity CFB boiler and re-heating boiler. Thus now generations of utility boilers with updated technology, high efficiency and less-pollution shall be developed by HBW.
