Driven by the experience gained at these companies and the feedback from the market, CNNT was formed in February of 1998. Our mission was to launch a company that continually looked for ways to make it easy for our customers to do business with us as a supplier. Our first initiative was to make sure that we provided trouble free high quality products and services. We have partnered with some of the leading manufacturers in Europe and CNNT provides these high quality products at competitive prices. In addition, we established an engineering and manufacturing operation that utilizes the previous experience gained in the market and today we offer UL approved products and custom designed products such as interface modules made right here in Carlisle and Pennsylvania.
Many of the suppliers that we have partnered with are leaders in their respective markets and most have been in business from 20 to over 50 years. The result is that we at CNNT can draw upon the resources of major corporations to insure that we have the products, the quality and the needs of our customers addressed now and in the future. We are happy to let you know that we have done business with over 3, 000 customers internationally including companies such as Westinghouse, General Electric, Tyco International, General Motors and Intel.
