Product Description

HIIE series emulsifying machine has head-end suction port, top discharging port and horizontal cantilever structure. The machine consists of three groups or three stages of stator and high speed rotor, each stage has two to six layers

Sealing: The machine has a mechanical seal with lower leakage and long life service. Single end-face or twin end-face mechanical seal is available according to different applications, and the twin end-face mechanical seal can be connected to clean tap water directly.

Characteristics: Higher shearing force, Faster emulsifying, Narrow distribution of particle sizes and Better stability of emulsifying.

Working conditions: Pressure ≤ 18bar, Vacuity ≥ 30.3bar, Material temperature ≤ 150 Material Viscosity increases every1000mPas, the rated discharging flow decreases 20%. When viscosity reaches about 3000mPas, the material must be pumped into machine. Blast-proof can be chosen as desired.
