PCB e-waste recycling machine components:
1. PCB dismantling machine
PCB dismantling machine can remove electronic components from waste circuit boards. Through electric heating or gas heating, the tin will be melted, and the electronic components will automatically fall off due to the mutual friction between the circuit boards.
2. Double-shaft shredder
Double-shaft shredder will shred the entire waste circuit boards into small pieces, which are easy to process.
3. Crusher
Large(≥500kg/h) PCB e-waste recycling machine includes two crusher: hammerhead crusher and hammer crusher. Both of them are used to crush the small circuit board pieces into small particles.
4. Eddy-vibrating screen
Eddy-vibrating screen is used to control the size of particles - A screen divides the eddy-vibrating screen into upper and lower layers, the bigger particles will be intercepted by the screen at the upper level, and sent back to the hammer crusher for further crushing until completely crushing; smaller particles can pass through the screen directly.
5. Air separator
Due to the different density of metals and non-metals, air separator can separate metals from non-metals according to the different density.
6. Electrostatic separator
Electrostatic separator can separate precious metals from non-metals according to the conductivity in a high voltage closed magnetic field.
7. Dust collector
Pulse dust and cyclone dust removal system can collect the dust with the 99.5% collecting rate to protect the clean of the workshop.
PCB e-waste recycling machine working process:
1. Use shredder and two crushers to smash the waste circuit boards into small particles;
2. Use an eddy-vibrating screen to control the size of particles - bigger particles will be stopped by the 26 mesh screen and sent back to the crusher for further crushing; the small enough particles will pass through the screen to the next step;
3. Use air separator and electrostatic separator to separate the precious metals and resin fiber according to their different density and conductivity;
4. Use pulse and cyclone dust removal system to collect the dust.

From the research for normal PCB boards, every one ton PCB boards includes about 60% nonmetals and 40% metal materials, such as gold, silver, palladium, platinum, copper, tin, etc. The rate of each metals are as below: 130kg/t copper, 60kg/t lead, 40kg/t antimony, 40kg/t tin, 36kg/t nickel and some other rare precious metals, by estimate.
