Application:

Waste circuit board crushing and sorting production line is generally used in the processing of circuit boards in discarded computers, mobile phones, printers, home appliances, etc. On the one hand, it can destroy the data on the circuit boards and protect our privacy; on the other hand, it can separate out the precious metals in the circuit boards to make profits.

Process introduction:

1. Shredding: The shredding adopts double-shaft shredder, which will shred the complete waste circuit boards into small pieces about 3-4cm;

2. Double-crushing: The hammerhead crusher and hammer crusher is used to pulverize the small pieces into a mixture with a particle size of about 2.5 mm; between the two crushing, a magnetic separator will be used to remove the iron.

3. Sieving: Eddy-vibrating screen will control the size of the particles; the bigger particles will be sent back to hammer crusher for further crushing until go through the screen of eddy-vibrating screen.

4. Separating: Air separator and electrostatic separator will be used to separate the metals and non-metals(resin fiber powder) according to their different gravity and conductivity.

5. Dust collecting: Pulse dust collector and cyclone dust collector will collect the dust with the collecting rate of 99.9%.

Tips: An electronic component dismantling machine could be used to remove the electronic components from the waste circuit boards to get purer metals.
