The bore diameter of the inner cavity of the workpiece is small and deep, the amount of pretreatment cleaning liquid circulating inside the workpiece is small, and the pretreatment around the inner hole groove is not complete, resulting in no adhesion force of the plating there; In addition, the angle between the roots of the groove in the inner cavity is at a right angle, and there is an interfacial tension at the root of the right-angle groove during cleaning, which makes the coating unable to be cleaned, so that the coating has no adhesion force at the root of the groove. Silver plating surface threaded holes and blind L, due to product performance needs, there can be no silver layer in the hole, our company uses special protection tooling in electroplating treatment, but the protection tooling and silver plating surface have small gaps, in the silver plating pretreatment, due to chemical erosion, the treatment liquid will penetrate into the slit, water cleaning can not be cleaned, in the later copper plating treatment due to the high temperature of the solution, the gas in the hole expands, due to the pressure difference between inside and outside, the solution in the slit will return under the action of expansion gas, which will cause no adhesion to the plating around the hole. In the pretreatment process, due to the erosion of acid and alkali solution, there will be warping phenomenon at the edge of the shielding protective film, in the same way, the pre-treatment solution is not easy to clean thoroughly in the gap between the shielding protective film and the workpiece, and the solution in the gap during later electroplating will inevitably affect the quality of the silver plating layer at the junction of the shielding protective film and the silver plated surface. Because ultrasonic waves have strong penetrating ability, they have good cleaning effects on workpieces with complex shapes, inner cavities and fine holes, which are incomparable with other cleaning methods.
