Dermini Cosmetic Brush Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of cosmetic brushes in North China. We we are located in Hebei province where is the main area of producing and dressing natural hair, so we have resource superiority. Our former chairman Mr Zhang did the natural hair business from 1984, then he transfered his busness to his son who started to manufacture makeup brushes.
The natural hair used in our brushes is processed not once, but twice; Creating a hair fiber unlike any other brush. Our natural hair is frist-time cut hair, so it is very soft. ALLDERMINI BRUSHES ARE 100%ANIMALCRUELTYFREE.
The synthetic hair we used is different from normal synthetic filbers, it′s an synthetic filament that feels and performs like natural hair. It replicates the effect of natural hair in makeup brushes with special technology. This technology
Creates a structured surface that optimizes the pick up and release of makeup powder, uses science to solve polymeric challenges and thereby address natural hair imperfections related to hygiene, supply and quality.
We have experience of dressing hair around 25 years, so we could control the quality and shape the hair well.
We use aluminum or copper ferrule nickle-plated or zinc-plated, all these are depended on customer′s requirement. We used the high oxidation technology to varnish the ferrule instead of electro plating to ensure the color won′t change.
The handle material can be plastic, wood, metal, acrylic, bamboo and so on. The wooden handles we use are made of natural high density wood, they are environmental and reusable.
We use plant environmental glue professional for making cosmetic brushes to fit brushes. Experienced craftsmen to contorl quantity of dipping glue, this could avoid of shedding hair and overflowing glue phenomenon.
So our brushes are stable and last long.
All our brushes will go through strict inspection before delivering.
