1. Electricity Circuit System
Allen Bradley (USA) blow-molding-machine control system and PLC components are adopted, with functions like: Mould designing and modifying, central monitor system, diagnosing on internet, multi-group data communication, intelligent temperature control, auto-alarming and feedback, anti-cooling start protection, multi-parameter setting memory, auto recording of output and cycle, and screen display of multi languages of Chinese, English and Spanish, etc.
2. Hydraulic Circuit System
The whole system is introduced from American Co. The oil pump, the oil valves, the double-proportional press valves, the circulation board, the Nitrogen storage system and the unique filter system, all result in a faster speed, stability in speed reduce, lower noise, more energy saving, and longer service life.
3. Pneumatic Circuit System
The parts are imported from FESTO (Germany) and SMC (Japan). A series of technology has been designed and introduced, such as the blowing skill, airing clearance airing dryness system.
