 face mask is very important for us ,disposable three layer face mask and KN95 face mask are normal used in our life . the materials is spunbond nonwoven  fabric and meltblown fabric .

First ,let me instroduce three layer mask for you . the outer layer is 17.5 cm width with blue color spunbond nonwoven fabric  , the fabric weight usually use 25gsm , but some customers also use 30gsm , the fabric roll length can be 1500m , 2000m 2200 m etc or as your requirement . such as the length is 2200 m , the fabric roll diameter around 60cm , 4 or 5 rolls for one packing , 20 feet container loading 4.5 - 5 tons , 40 feet container loading 10 -11 tons  .the inner layer is 19.5 cm width white color spunbond nonwoven fabric . also usually use 25gsm , the length also can be custom 1000 m ,1500 m ,2200 m etc , like 2200 m long , the roll diameter is around 60 cm , 4 or 5 rolls for one packing , 20 feet container loading 4. 5 - 5 tons  , 40 feet container loading 10 -11 tons .

For the middle layer , it's used anti- bacteria meltblown fabric ,the Bacteria filtration efficiency ( we called BFE  ) have 90+ and 95+ , 99+ , these are important index for mask . the fabric width is 17.5 cm , weight with 20gsm or 25gsm , one roll length is around 1500 m , diameter around 55cm , the packing and deliverly ,  with stretch film and paper box , 40feet contianer loading around 7.5  tons
