High Efficiency Cluster Screen

Adding a screen of similar mesh, smaller diameter to the standard screen we get the high efficiency cluster screen. On the process of the work we put the material on the above screen surface directly, materials which penetrate from the screen surface are discharged directly from the discharge torp, while materials which do not penetrate from the above screen surface overflow to the lower screen surface to screen. Using this equipment not only increase valid area of screening materials, increase the equipment productivity but also increase the screening precision compare with the ordinary vibrating screen.

The cluster type design of equipment make its valid area increase by 65 percent compare with ordinary vibrating screen in the same line so that increase the screening efficiency by a large margin and screen rapidly and efficiently.

Technical creations of the equipment:
1. Using superposition type mesh structure, increase the valid area of mesh in limit equipment space as possible.
2. Compact structure, every mesh superposed has its own material diversion kerb channel, coarse and fine materials can discharge from the discharge torp successfully.
3. There are no big differences in appearance between high efficiency cluster screen and ordinary vibrating screen, so the components can be universal used by a large margin and the pipeline design of the former production line can not be changed. In this way we can reduce the related costs.
4. Using the same motor power with the ordinary vibrating screen, but its productivity increases by 60 percent because of its compact and reasonable structure.
