Composition of chemical nitrogen generator
1. Carbon molecular sieve of compressed air purification system is the key material to determine the production capacity of nitrogen generator. Since the compressed air provided by air compressor usually contains oil and water, oil and water will reduce the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve, so the compressed air must be removed oil and water before entering the oxygen and nitrogen separation system. Firstly, the compressor compresses the air to 0.75-1.0mpa and enters the air purification system. Most of the water, oil and mechanical impurities are removed by the pipeline filter. Then, the water is cooled by the freezing dryer to make the pressure dew point reach 2 ºC - 10 ºC. After passing through the fine filter, super fine filter and activated carbon oil remover, the pressure dew point is 0.75-1.0mpa, the pressure dew point is 2 ºC - 10 ºC, and the oil content is ≤ 0.01ppm Clean compressed air. The compressed air purification system is composed of pipeline filter, freeze dryer, fine filter, ultra fine filter, activated carbon oil remover, automatic blowdown valve, ball valve, etc.
2. The function of the air storage tank system is to ensure the stable use of gas in the oxygen nitrogen separation system. When the oxygen and nitrogen separation system is switched, it can prevent the instantaneous airflow velocity from being too fast, which will affect the air purification effect, improve the quality of the compressed air entering the adsorber, and help to prolong the service life of the molecular sieve. The air storage tank system is composed of air storage tank, safety valve, stop valve, ball valve, pressure gauge, etc.
3. Oxygen and nitrogen separation system oxygen and nitrogen separation system is the core part of air separation. Its main body is two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve. When clean compressed air enters an adsorption tower, O2, CO2 and trace H2O are adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen is output from the outlet. When one tower is in the process of nitrogen production, the other tower can discharge O2, CO2 and H2O adsorbed in the molecular sieve from the micropores by reducing pressure to realize the regeneration and desorption of molecular sieve. The adsorption and regeneration of the two towers are carried out alternately, and the nitrogen output is continuous. The oxygen nitrogen separation system is composed of adsorption tower, carbon molecular sieve filled in the tower, pneumatic valve, muffler, throttle valve, compression cylinder, pressure gauge, etc.
4. Nitrogen buffer system the main function of nitrogen buffer system is to balance the pressure and purity of nitrogen separated from nitrogen oxygen separation system to ensure continuous supply of nitrogen. At the same time, when the adsorption tower is switched from regeneration to adsorption, it will recharge part of the qualified nitrogen stored in the adsorption tower to protect the bed, in addition, it can help the adsorption tower to boost pressure. The nitrogen buffer system consists of buffer tank, flowmeter, dust filter, pressure regulating valve, throttle valve and safety valve.
5. Electrical control system the main function of the electrical control system is the equipment start and stop operation, working state indicator light display, fault sound and light alarm indication, purity display and pneumatic valve driving according to the set program. The electrical control system is composed of programmable controller CPU, air source triplet, solenoid valve, indicator light, micro oxygen meter, etc. it is mainly installed in the electric control cabinet.
