Plate Sterilizer

Plate UHT sterilization equipment is used for milk, fruit juice drinks, tea drinks, soymilk, milk beverage or similar products of continuous sterilization process. Equipped with aseptic canned equipment can be used for 3 ~ 6 months shelf life of products. Can be connected separator, degassing, and other equipment. The output device is mainly adjusted by feed flow controller in the system, homogenizer is used to control flow when using whole flow in homogeneous way. Because of the products are heating and cooling in heat recovery section of the plate heat exchanger, and heat recovery rate up to 90%. 
Automatic configuration: The use of advanced computer program control technology, according to the technological requirements set by the whole process of production control, CIP cleaning procedures, automatic cleaning. 
Semiautomatic configuration: Is semi-automatic control the whole process of operation, the operator can from the control panel on each pump controlled and backflow function, the automatic temperature controller to maintain the sterilization temperature, the sterilization temperature on the recorder has a continuous record.
