Ozone Generator

In the process of production, high-energy dual-mode sterilization and purification machine is used to disinfect the air. This equipment can open AIS ion purification unit and nano photocatalysis unit to disinfect the production workshop when someone is around. At night, workers start the ozone generation unit after work to disinfect the air in the workshop, so as to prevent bacteria from accumulating in the air during the day, which will be harmful to the products. (Because a bacterium will multiply into hundreds or even millions of bacteria within 24 hours)

4. Every day before and after the shift, disinfect the internal walls, fans, sewers, table surfaces, hands, apron sleeves, pre cooling warehouse and warehouse doors, quick freezing warehouse doors, packaging rooms, and tool and instrument disinfection rooms with disinfectant. During the shift, disinfect the fans, walls, and sewers every 2 hours to kill microorganisms.

5. Personnel's work clothes and changing rooms must be kept clean, cleaned regularly and sterilized with ozone for more than 30 minutes to prevent cross contamination of microorganisms caused by human activities (sterilization is not allowed in the presence of people)
