Chopped Strand Mat

E-glass chopped strand mat is made from fiberglass strands chopped to length and bonded together with powder binder. Chopped strand mat is used primarily for hand lay-up processes, filament winding and press molding of FRP products. Typical products include bathroom accessories, pipe, buildin materials, automobiles, furnitures and other FRP products.

Individual and bulk packaging:
Individual packaging: Each roll is wound on a cardboard tube(exterior diameter 76mm)and protected by a plastic bag, then be put into a carton.
Each standard pallet with the size of 1280mmx960mmx120mm contains 12 of rolls with the packaging type of 4x3.
Static stacking of the pallets is possible up to one high.
Storage:
The EMC should be stored dry and in its original packaging. The best conditions are temperature between 15degree to 35degree and at a relative humidity between 35% to 55%.
